Single family home sales fell by 20.9% in October as compared to last October. Pending sales were off by 33.7%. The median sales price rose 11% and the average sales price clombed by11.5%. Teh ratio of sales price to original list price was 96.1%. New listings dropped 28.7%. Active listings rose 39.6% as the days on market increased by 47.6% and months of inventory increased to 1.3 months. The increases in active listing and months of inventory were caused by properties remaining on the market for longer periods of time not new listing.
