Single family home sales continued to decline and were off by 19.4% compared to last October. Pending sales were also weak down 49.7%. The median sales price increased 10.2% while the average sales price rose 8.7%. Teh ratio of sales price to original list price was 95.7%. Days on market came in with a 7.7 rise. New listings declined 9.2% while active listings rose13.3% The increase in active listings is not caused by new listing but due to active remaining on the market longer. This is also effecting the months of inventory increase 0f 29.8%.
