Our clients are offered the option to purchase a home electronically from the comfort of their current home. How do we do it?

1: VIRTUAL CONSULTATION

We will schedule a virtual meeting to discuss your wants and needs and create a plan to ensure we find the perfect home for you!

2: PRE-APPROVAL

If you don’t have a lender, I would recommend Prosperity Home Mortgage (one of our core services partners). Even if you are pre-approved, it never hurts to get a 2nd opinion. Here is a link to the mortgage consultant in my office Kheang S. Eung

3: SEARCHING ONLINE FOR A HOME

We will create a portal for you to browse homes and receive email listings that match your criteria the moment they hit the market.

4: VIRTUAL TOURS

You will be able to take a virtual tour of homes that interest you and I will be pointing out the good, the bad, and the ugly.

5: ELECTRONICALLY SIGN

When you find a home you want to make an offer on, we will conduct a virtual meeting to go over the offer and it will then be sent to you for electronic signature.

6: EARNEST MONEY DELIVERY

We have several choices here. You can wire the money or we have an app that lets you take a picture of the check and send it to our core services partner Texas Premier Title Company.

7: INSPECTION

The inspector of your choice will complete the inspection and email you a full report complete with pictures, descriptions, and details of the entire home inspection. We will then get together again by video conference to go over the report and determine the next step.

8: YOU WILL NEED TO SECURE HOMEOWNER’S INSURANCE.

9: CLOSING TIME

A mobile notary will bring the closing documents to you or you can do a drive through closing at the title company.

10: WELCOME TO YOUR DREAM HOME
