Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Plano, TX
Buyers still paying over list price!
Closed sales dropped by 18.4% compared to last June. Pending sales fell 19.5%. The average sales price increased 21.7% while the median sales price came in up 23.6%. Buyers paid on average 105.5% above the original list price. Plano went against the trend and saw new listings fall 1.1%. active listings were down 13.6%. The months of inventory now stands at a very low 1.4%. Buyers are not finding much to choose from.
