Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June
Sales down but prices continue to rise.
Single family sales dropped in June by 10.4%. Pending sales dropped 13.5%. Median sales price rose 18.2% and buyers paid 102.2% above original list price, New listings increased by 21.8%. active listings came in 44.3% more than last June. The months of inventory rose to 2 months and that supplies the reason prices continue to rise. 6 months is a balanced market. Buyers still outnumber sellers by a wide margin.
