Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Allen, TX
Got an increase in new listings but not enough to slow down sale price increases.
Closed sales fell by 28.8% compared to last year at this time. The median sales price increased 26.7%. The average sales price rose 23.3%. buyers paid on average 113.2% over the list price. New listings rose 10.8% and active listings fell 5.7% The number of homes under contract dropped 9%. The months of inventory increase tp 0.7%. That’s a long way form the 6 months that’s considered a balance market.
