Inventory in short supply. Buyers paying over the list price.
Sale fell 20.3% compared to last year as buyers struggle to find that dream home. The average sales price rose 27.5% while the median sales price rose 24.8%. Buyers paid on average 108.1% above the list price. New listings declined by 34%. Active listings fell 37.7%. Properties under contract came in flat. Months of inventory now stands at 0.7 months.
