Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Frisco, TX
Only thing up in Frisco are the prices.
Closed sales declined 17.1%. Properties under contract fell 14% as compared to last April. Median sales price rose a whopping 50.8% while the average sales price rose 36.5%. Buyers paid on average 111% above list price. New listings dropper 19.9% and the active listings came in off 31.9% taking the months of inventory down to 0.7 months.
