Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – McKinney

Prices  up. Sales down

Sales of single family homes were down by 10.4% compared to last March.  Homes under contract came in 14.6% lower. The average sales price rose 26.6 % while the median sales price jumped 35.4%. Buyers paid on average 110.9% above the list price. New listings fell 13.8%. Active listings declined by 39.7%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months.
