Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Allen
Short supply and too many buyers continue to drive prices higher
Home sales fell 25% compared to last March. Homes under contract declined by 9.2%. Average sales price increased by 40.3% while the median sales price climbed 33.2%. Buyers paid an average of 110.1% above the list price. New listings fell 28.9%. Active listings dropped 55.2% taking the months of inventory down to 0.3 months.
