Closed sales declined in March by 7.5% while properties under contract fell 16.6 % compared to last year.The average sales price rose 31.9% and the median Sales price increased 37%. On average buyers paid 111.4% above list price. New Listings were off by 18.4% Active listings declined 39.3% months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months.
