City of Dallas presents Día de Los Muertos Parade The City of Dallas’ Día de Los Muertos Parade will start and end at Dallas City Hall. at 7 pm. The event features a colorful and joyful procession with Catrina’s, horses, dance groups, music, floats, and elaborate costumes. The family-friendly festival will include live music, entertainment, food concessions, arts and crafts, and more from 2-10 pm.
