Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Garland, TX
Sales down. prices up.
Garland single family home sales fell 6.3% compared to last April. Properties under contract dropped 24.4%. The median sales price rose 25.8% while the average sales price increased 23.2%. The ratio of sales price to original listing price came in at 5.3%. New listings increased by 6.8%. not enough to keep the active listings declining by 5.1%. The months of inventory is now at 0.7 months.
