Sales of homes were down by 21% compared to last year. Pending sales fell 10%. The average sales price rose 32% while the median sales price climbed by 36%. New listings dropped 22%. Active listing declined by 52%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.2 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
