Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Frisco, TX

It’s getting really hard to find a house to buy in Frisco!

Sales of homes were down by 21% compared to last year. Pending sales fell 10%. The average sales price rose 32% while the median  sales price climbed by 36%. New listings dropped 22%. Active listing declined by 52%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.2 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.

Sales: 245

Average Sales Price: $696,649

Median Sales Price: $630,000

Pending Sales: 172

New Listings: 124

Active Listings: 66

Months of Inventory: 0.2
