Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Allen, TX

Slight uptick in sales. Prices jump.

Home sales rose a slight 3% but pending sales fell 19%. Not looking positive for November.The average sales price increased 32% while the median sales price climbed 23%. New listings were not much help only up 7%. Active listings were off 47% compared to last October. The months of inventory is now at 0.4 months.
