Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Garland, TX
Sales down but a little increase in inventory.
Single family sales declined by 22% but pending sales rose 5%. The average sales price increased 11%. The median sales price jumped 19%. There was a 19% increase in the number of new listings which was certainly good news for buyers and that was enough to cause the active listings to come in with a 6% rise. The months of inventory remains very low at 0.8 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
