Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Plano, TX

Sales down along with inventory

Sales were down 11% compared to last October. Pending sales eked out a 2% rise. The average sales price  increased 10% while the median sales price climbed 19%.  No help with inventory with new listings down 13%. Active listings were 49% lower and the months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.

Median Sales Price: $603,500

Pending Sales: 323

New Listings: 278

Active Listings: 162

Months of Inventory: 0.5 months
