Dallas Area Residential Sales Report For October – Richardson, TX

Sales up but supply remains a problem

Sales rose 4% as did pending sales. The average sales price came in 19% higher than last October. Median sales price climbed 16%. We got a little help with new listings rising 5%. but with all the sales the number of active listings declined 11%  taking the months of inventory down to 1.1 months.

Average Sales Price: $431,312

Median Sales Price: $389,480

New Listings: 130

Active Listings: 116

Months of Inventory: 1.1 months
