Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – McKinney, TX

Sales down. Prices up!

Single family home sales declined by 9% compared to last June. Pending sales faired even worse off by 22%. The average sales price rose 27% and the median sales price climbed 25%. The number of new listings was off by 10%. Active listings declined by 58%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.6 months.

Sales: 277

Average Sales Price: $499,296

Median Sales Price: $450,000

Pending Sales: 321

New Listings: 321

Active Listings: 152

Months of Inventory: 0.6 months
