Dallas Area Residential sales Report for June -Allen, TX

Same old story. Shortage of supply. Prices up.

Sales of single family homes rose 6% in June. however, pending sale fell 8%. The average sales price climbed 29% compared to last June. Median sales price was up 28%. While we did see a small 3% increase in the number of new listings, active listings declined 66%. The months of inventory stands at 0.5 months.

Sales: 172

Average Sales Price: $538,420

Median Sales Price: $499,060

Pending Sales: 174

New Listings: 185

Active Listings: 68

Months of inventory: 0.5
