Currently, we are seeing a Months Supply of Inventory at 6.92, which is a significant increase of 119.68% over the last 12 months. This means that there is more inventory available for buyers to choose from.

The List to Sold Price percentage is holding strong at 95.8%, indicating that sellers are still able to secure a good price for their condos and town homes. Additionally, the median days on market is 60, showing that homes are selling relatively quickly in this area.
