The ratio of sales price to original list retreated 10.4%. New listings saw a 21.7% drop. Active listings fell 34.7%. Days on market increased 192.3% and months of inventory jumped 70.2%. The large percentage increases in days on market and months of inventory are caused because last Marc h’s numbers were extremely low.
