Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Frisco, TX

Sales of single family homes declined 9.6%in March compared to last March. Pending sales fell 34.7%. The median sales price dropped 2.8% while the average sales price was off by 2.6%. The ratio of sales price to original list retreated 10.4%. New listings saw a 21.7% drop. Active listings fell 34.7%. Days on market increased 192.3%  and months of inventory jumped 70.2%. The large percentage increases in days on market and months of inventory are caused  because last Marc h’s numbers were extremely low.

Pending Sales: 142

Medina Sales Price: $525,000

Average sales Price: $603,509

Ratio of Sales Price to Original List: 98.5%

New Listings: 228

Active Listings: 198

Days on Market: 38

Months of Inventory: 1 month
