Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Plano, TX
Single family home sales fell 0.8% in March compared to last March. Pending sales were down 22.4%. The median sales price dropped 2.8% while the average sales price was off by 2.6%. The ratio of sales price to original list declined 10.4%. new listings were 22.4% lower. Active listings saw a drop of 34.7%. Days on market jumped 102.3% and the months of inventory increased 70.2%.
