Another Spring Market is drawing to a close. But is it really? The former seasonal rhythms of real estate no longer apply, and we’ve been seeing more of a “Year-round Market.” In looking at the big picture, these monthly snapshots make clear that “normalization” or “correction” continues. Any uncertain or negative outlooks we may have had at the beginning of 2023, are gone, replaced largely by acceptance and awareness – especially awareness that agents and their transaction partners will do whatever they can to make a move happen for buyers and sellers.
