Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Dallas-Ft. Worth-Arlington MSA
This report compares the month of February to January.
Sales jumped up 45.33% in February compared to January. Pending Sales saw a 11.67 increase. The median sales price rose 1.32 while the average sales price declined 0.91%. The original list price to sales price rose a slight 0.64%. New listing fell 7.06% and active listings were off 8.48%. Days on market increased 6.78% as the months of inventory fell 0.09%
With falling inventory buyers are having a hard time locating the dream home and competition is increasing from other buyers.
