Inventory continues to decline as prices rise.
Single family home sales rose 42% in December compared to November. Pending sales however fell 36%. The median sales price increased 1% and the average sales priced came in up 6%. Buyers paid 95.2% over original list price. New listings fell 32%.Active listings declined by 14.5%. Proprieties stayed on the market 32% longer. Months of inventory decreased 23%.
