This report compares December to November.
Sales of single family homes rose 46.8% in December compared to November. Pending sales however fell 38.78%. Not a good sign for January sales. The median sales price declined by a slight 1.12% while the average sales price dropped 2.7%. The ratio of sales price to original list price came in with a small decline of 0.62%. New listings continued to fall off 45.24%. Active listing showed a fall of 25.2% Days on market increased 10.7% . Months of inventory shrank by 25% Buyers have little to choose from.
