The Dallas Market topped out in May. I thought it might be interesting to you to see how it has performed since them. Data is s comparison of May to October.

Part of the decline in sales prices cam be explained by changes in buyer wants. As interest rates increased buyers started dropping price points and looking at smaller, older homes to compensate for higher monthly payment
