Dallas Area Report for October – Plano, TX

Sales prices decline. Inventory remains low.

Single family sales ceclined by 26.8% in October compared wo last year. Pending sales fell 40.5%. Teh median sales price was 12.5% higher and the average sales price came in wirh a 10% increase, The ratio of sales price to original list price was 97.2%..New listings fell 14.5%. Active listings were 72.6 higher. Most of this increase is properties remaining on rhe market for a longer perior. as evidenced by a 41,9% rise inthe days on market. The months of inventory remains very low at 1.8 months.

Pending Sales: 125

Median Sales Price: $495,000

Average Sales Price: $565,775

Ratio of Sales Prcie to Original Sales Prcie: 97.2%

New Listings: 219

Activw Listings: 390

Days on Market: 30

Months of Inventory: 30
