Sales prices continue to rise as sales decline.
Sales in September fell 34.8% compared to last September. Pending sales were off by 5.8%. The median sales price rose 6.8% while the average sales price increased 2%. The ratio of sales price to original list came in at 96.3%. New listings declined 24.8%. No help if you are a buyer. Active listings were off by 14.5%.
