Dallas area Residential Sales Report for June – Garland, TX
Sales were up slightly but pending sales fell
Sales rose a slight 2.2% but pending sales fell 20%. The median sales price increased 24.6% while the average sales price rose 26.8%. Buyers in June paid 103.5%above the original list price of homes which was actually down 0.5%. The number of new listings climbed 19%. Active listings came in up 28.2% compared tp last June. The months of inventory (a measure of supply verses demand) remains very low at 1.3 months.
