Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Richardson, TX
Typical of other North Texas Cities. Sales down prices up.
Sales fell 4% in June. Pending sales were off by 8.2%. The median sales price rose 21.4% compared to last June while the average sales price climbed 27.5%. The ratio of sales price to original list price was 104.8%. New listing jumped 41.9%. Active listings were up 35.4%. The increase in listings only took the months of inventory to 1.6 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market and we are a long way from that.
