Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June -Frisco, TX
Large increase in active listings along with prices!
Sales were down by 35.9%. Pending sales declined by 24.6%. The median sales price jumped 32.2% while the average sales price rose 29.5%. Sales price to original came down a little but it was still 105.8%. New listings increased 13.6%. Active listings came in at up 74.8%. This number is a little deceiving because it is coming off a very low base, The months of inventory now stands at 2 months. This is very low number when you consider that 6 months is considered a balanced market.
