Great if you are a landlord.

Single family leases were up 15%. Pending leases increases 20 3%. Median rental rate rose 15%  to last May. New listings rose 28%.  Active leases increase by 20% The months of inventory to 0.9 months.

Leases: 2,457

Pending Leases: 1.688

Median Rental Rate: 2,295

New Listings: 2,846

Active Listings: 18,52

Months of Inventory: 0.9 months
