Same old story. Sales fall. Prices Rise!
Sales fell by 18.9% in May. Pending sales were down 7.1%. The median sales price increased 26.4% while the average sales price was up 27.5%. Buyers paid on average 108% above the original list price. New listings were no help down 8.3%. Active listings came in with a decline of 11.9%. months of inventory is at 0.8 months.
