I will explain the contract and all addenda, and outline a contract-to-closing timeline making every aspect of the transaction clear.
8. ESTIMATE CLOSING COSTS AND NET PROFIT
Prior to closing day, I will provide you with a reasonable estimate of likely closing costs
and net proceeds for the sale of your home.
9. HELP YOU NAVIGATE THE ESCROW AND CLOSING PROCESS
A lot happens during escrow and before closing. I will help you through in a streamlined manner and regularly communicate with all parties involved.
