Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Frisco, TX
Prices continue to rise as sales fall.
Closed sales fell 22.2% in May. Pending sales dropped 26%.The median sales price increased 33% while the average sales price climbed 27.3%. Buyers paid on average 110.5% above the original list price. New listings came in with a small increase of 0.9%. active listings were 13.9% higher than s considered a balanced market May. The months of inventory increased to 1.2 months. That’s still a very long way from the 6 months that’s considered a balanced market.
