Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Condos and Townhomes
Sales of condos and townhomes were down by 22% compared to a year ago. Pending sales drooped 20%. Declining sales did not hinder price increases with the average sales price rising 10% and the median sales price climbing 22%. New listings fell 17%. Active listings were down by 46%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.9 months.
The largest supply is in the price range of $300.000 to 500,000.
