Dallas Area Residential Sales Report For February- Celina, TX

Same old story. Sales Down and Prices Up.

Sales fell 22% in February as compared to last February. Pending sales were off by 8%. The average sales price rose 35% and the median sales price climbed 25%. New listings dropped 28%. Active listings came in with a 75% decline. Months of inventory now stands at 0.2 months.

Average Sales Price: $551,440

Median Sale Price:490,000

Pending Sales: 49

New Listings: 36

Active Listings: 9

Months Of Inventory: 0.2 months
