Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Prosper, TX

Sales down. Prices up!

There is no shortage of buyers, just no homes for them to buy. Sales fell 13% and pending sales dropped 31%. The average sales price increased 25%. The median ales price climbed 29%.  new listings fell 31% and the active listings came in 38% lower. Months of inventory stands at 0.3months
