Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Frisco

Very low inventory. prices up.

Sale off  by 27% in February. Pending Sales declined 12% as inventories fall to historic lows. The average sales price rose 30% while the median sales price increased by 34%. New listings did see an 8% rise but active listings came in 64% lower than last year. The months of inventory is at 0.1 month. 6 months is considered a balance market.
