Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – McKinney, TX

Large price increases in February

Sales were up 13%. Pending sales declined 16%. Not looking good for a positive sales number in March. The average sales price rose 25% and the median sales price increased 27%. New listings did show a 3% increase, but that’s too small be be of any help! Active listings fell 71% taking the months of inventory down to 0.1 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
