Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Wylie. TX

Buyers were snapping up Wylie properties

Homes sales rose 26% compared to last February. However pending sales fell 23%. The average sales price increased 27% as did the median sales price. new listing were no help to the supply problem off by 18%. The number of active listings was actually flat. The months of inventory now stands at 0.2 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
