It is officially storm season. Now is the time to pull out your insurance policies. Make sure you know what your deductibles are, and make sure you have full replacement cost on your roof. Don’t wait until your renewal and find out your company increased your deductible at renewal. Yes, some companies do this, and you don’t realize it until you have a claim. When reviewing your policy, make sure you do not have the “roof payment schedule” endorsement. This endorsement takes off full replacement cost.
