Buyers were snapping up Garland properties.
Home sales jumped up 25% in Garland. however pending sale fell 3%. The average sales price increased by 27% and the median sales price was also up 27%. new listings showed a rise of 6%. Active listings were 30% lower as compared to last year. The months of inventory is very low at 0.3 months.
