Dallas Area Resident Sales Report For February – Richardson, TX
Inventory is extremely low!
Single family home sales came in down 14% compared to last February. Pending sales were even worse off by 23%. Buyers just came find homes to purchase due to the supply situation. The average sales price increased 6% while the median sales price was up 12%. New listings did rise by 5% but the number of active listing fell by 52%. Months of inventory now stands at 0.2 months. Buyers are snapping up properties as soon as they hit the market.
