Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Far North Dallas
Sales down on extremely low supply!
Single family home sales fell 16% and pending sales were also off by 16%. Competition for the few homes on the market continue to drive sales prices higher with the average sales price rising by 32% and the median sales price up 30%. New listings declined 27% compared to last January. The number of active listings dropped by 51%. Months of inventory came in at 0.3 months.
