Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Wylie. TX

Sales down. Prices Up.

Homes sales declined by 15% compared to last January. Hoverer, pending sales were up by 25%. looks like February will be a positive month. The average sales price rose 24% and the median sales price jumped 19%. New listings increased 9% but with the sales and pending sales, the number of active listings fell by 29%. The months of inventory dropped tp 0.2 months.
