Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Richardson, TX

Sales up. Prices up. inventory down.

Buyers were closing on Richardson homes in January with sales up 17%. however pending sales took a tumble off by 19%. not a positive sign got February. The average sales price rose 13% and the median sale price increased 15%. New listings fell 13%. Active listings declined 53% compared to last January. The month of of inventory is very low at 0.3 months.
