Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Far North Dallas

Home sales fell by compared to last 16% January. Pending sales were also off by 16%. The average sales price jumped 32% while the median sales priced increased 30%. New listings were off by 27%. Active listings came in down 51%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.3 months.
